When you are 1kg away from 80kg, and at 37 weeks - one question keep popping in my mind - boleh ke kurus lagi ni?
Doctor asked me last week how come I managed to gain 3kg in 2 weeks, to which I honestly don't know. Good thing all this weight gain don't affect the size of my face (or so as my friends keep telling me), but it's all around the tummy area, maybe butt and my humongous thigh. So last week was spent researching on how do I attempt to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight (dekat-dekat pun jadilah! hihi) and figure.
When I gave birth to Husayn, I ended up wearing this zap type of waist belt trimmer from Avon. I was c-sect but seriously I think even if you are c-sect at least wear some type of bengkung or waist trimmer to shoo the flabbiness away. But don't lah ikat/ zip or zap until ketat sangat. I like wearing it because it keeps the tummy tighter.
So this time, I really tried to find the above type of waist trimmer since I don't fancy wearing those long bengkung Jawa, but can' find any in the Avon catalogue. So I ended up thinking other options instead which is a choice between bengkung or corset.
Initially, I'm thinking of getting myself a 2 in 1 Ivy 6 girdle, but you need to have your waist measurement to get the right size and how on earth am I going to get the right measurement when I am nearly 9 months along? So I ended up with this Bengkung Tali Mia which I hope will work wonderfully and from the website, it's not that hard to wear even without any help. I think I'll just wear the bengkung first, and then after my pantang, then only buy myself a girdle or something. Only thing is I'm not sure whether I'll manage a normal birth or have to be c-sect again, but then if I have to undergo c-sect, I can always loosen the tali a little bit, which I hope will really work.
